Recommended launch flow
  1. Create company → invite team → assign roles.
  2. Create client → create project → assign staff.
  3. Track time (draft → submit → approve) and convert unbilled to invoice.
  4. Record payment (partial supported) and confirm invoice status updates.
  5. Add expenses with receipts (direct upload) and confirm private download works.
  6. Upload project files (direct upload) and confirm private download works.
  7. Configure company tax estimate settings and validate dashboard/report output.
  8. Run one marketing email blast and one text blast using a filtered audience to validate delivery flow.
  9. Verify dashboard support forms (Bug fix + Upgrade request) submit correctly.
