Use Estimate Form Wizard to capture estimate requests from your website (or links sent by email) and auto-create a CRM lead + draft estimate.

Where to find it

  • Documents → Estimate Form Wizard
  • Create or open a form, then use the generated embed snippet.

Recommended setup

  1. Create a new estimate form and add your customer questions (name, email, phone, service type, message, address, etc.).
  2. Save to generate schema/mapping and the website embed snippet.
  3. Confirm your company API key is enabled for intake in Company settings/admin.
  4. Paste the embed snippet on your website’s “Get an Estimate” page.
  5. Submit a test entry and confirm:
    • A Client is created/updated in CRM (Lead stage).
    • A Draft Estimate is created with the submitted details.
Email intake usage
You can include your estimate-form page link in marketing emails/texts. When a customer submits that form, EZ360PM routes it through the same intake pipeline and creates the lead + draft estimate automatically.
