Why can’t I see a project?

If you are Staff and project visibility is restricted, you must be assigned to the project.

Why can’t I upload a receipt or project file?

Uploads are restricted to Manager+ by default (and Staff only for assigned project files). Also confirm S3 env vars are configured in production.

Where do I verify S3 is working?

Ops → Storage. Run smoke tests and mark production readiness items complete.

Where are legal policies?

How do I report a bug or request an upgrade?

From the app Dashboard, use the support request actions for Bug fix or Upgrade request. Include a short description and optional screenshot; it goes directly to support.
