Guides, permissions, workflows, and company operations.
  1. Create/select a company using the company switcher in the sidebar.
  2. Invite team members (Company settings → Team). Assign roles based on responsibilities.
  3. Create clients (Clients → New) and add contact details.
  4. Create projects and assign staff. Project visibility governs what Staff can see.
  5. Optional growth setup: run a test Marketing Email and Text Blast with a filtered audience.
  6. Track time (Time tracking) and use approval/billing states to control the workflow.
  7. Create documents (Invoices/Estimates/Proposals). Convert unbilled time into invoices where applicable.
  8. Record payments including partial payments and overpayments (credits are tracked).
  9. Enable tax estimate in Company settings if you want dashboard/report tax calculation visibility.
  10. Track expenses and upload receipts.

If you get blocked by subscription gates, check Billing → Overview and confirm trial/plan status.
