Microsoft 365 integration is available on the Premium plan and is designed for practical document workflows across invoices, estimates, and proposals.

What this unlocks
  • Connect Microsoft 365 from Integrations → Workspace settings.
  • Link Microsoft/SharePoint/OneDrive files to clients, projects, documents, and document templates.
  • For document templates, link a .docx file and sync updates into EZ360PM template fields.
  • Open linked template files in Word, edit outside EZ360PM, then sync changes back.
Template workflow (recommended)
  1. Go to Documents → Settings and open a template.
  2. Add a Microsoft file link to a .docx template file.
  3. Edit the file in Word/Word Online and save.
  4. Use Sync to app to import updates into EZ360PM template fields.
Important guardrails
  • Template links must be .docx (non-docx links are blocked for template sync).
  • Cloud file linking and an active Microsoft workspace connection are required.
  • Admin/manager permissions still apply for linking and sync actions.
