Real Estate features are protected by both company entitlement and user role checks.

How access is determined

  • Company entitlement: Real Estate plan/wing must be enabled.
  • Company mode: company business type and plan mapping determine RE scope.
  • User role: manager/admin/owner permissions gate reporting and sensitive actions.

If a user cannot access a page

  1. Confirm active company in the company switcher.
  2. Check plan and entitlement in Billing.
  3. Verify employee role in Team.
  4. Re-test from the RE sidebar entry point.
