FAQ
Statements summarize what a client owes across multiple invoices. They are most useful when a client has multiple open items or pays on a schedule.
When to use statements
- Monthly billing cycles (send at the start/end of month).
- Clients who pay by check/ACH and prefer a single “what’s due” summary.
- High-volume service work where individual invoices may be missed.
Operational checklist
- Confirm invoices are Sent (not Draft).
- Confirm any credits have been applied correctly.
- Confirm payment links / instructions match your business process.
