Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited conduct when using EZ360PM. This AUP is part of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,
• interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services,
• upload malware or harmful code,
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code except where prohibited by law,
• use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights,
• use the Services to send spam or unlawful solicitations,
• resell, rent, or provide the Services to third parties except as explicitly permitted by your plan and intended seat usage.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, or excessive load. We may also investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
